The Annual Plan | Planning Seat

$900.00

Build the plan your business will run on in 2027.

November 12, 2026 | The Hawthorn, Portsmouth, New Hampshire
9:00am - 5:00pm
Investment: $900

The Planning Seat includes the full Annual Plan experience, designed to help you step out of the day-to-day, look clearly at the business in front of you, and make the decisions that will shape the year ahead.

During the full-day session, you’ll work through the Wilder Planning Framework alongside a small group of established founders. You’ll review what worked, what did not, what the numbers are telling you, and where the business needs to go next.

From there, you’ll set your financial targets, choose the three to five measurable annual priorities that deserve the company’s attention, build your Q1 plan, establish your CEO scorecard, and identify the leadership and operational shifts required to support the year ahead.

In January, you’ll return for a two-hour virtual Q1 Accountability Session with the group to review progress, address what has changed, and make sure the plan is still moving.

YOUR PLANNING SEAT INCLUDES

  • Private, full-day small group strategic planning experience

  • Preparatory framework, Wilder Annual Plan workbook, and CEO scorecard tools

  • Founder hot seats and peer perspective

  • Beautifully catered planning day

  • Two-hour virtual Q1 Accountability Session in January 2027

YOU WILL LEAVE WITH

  • A finished 2027 annual plan built around the actual economics and capacity of your business.

  • Clear financial targets and the business drivers required to reach them.

  • Three to five measurable annual priorities worthy of your team’s time, money, and attention.

  • A focused Q1 plan with clear outcomes, owners, milestones, and measures.

  • A CEO scorecard that gives you earlier visibility into what is working and what needs attention.

  • Clarity on what deserves your attention as CEO, what needs to move, and what can wait.

  • A practical review rhythm to keep the plan alive after November 12.

You leave knowing what matters, what happens next, and what the business needs from you to make the year work.
