hosted by Jennifer Wilder

Your 2027 plan should create options not another year of obligations.

THE PREMISE

You do not need a prettier list of goals. You need a small set of decisions that improve the economics of your business, focus your team, and change what the company requires from you.

On November 12, we’ll put the truth on the table: what worked this year, what didn’t, what the numbers say, and which opportunities deserve your time and resources in 2027. Then we’ll build the plan.

Strategy requires choices. Otherwise, it’s just an expensive wish list.

The Annual Plan

I’m hosting a private annual planning day on November 12th for a small group of founders and CEOs who want to start the new year knowing exactly where they are going and what matters most.

The decisions we’ll put on the table

Where is the business making money?
We’ll look beyond revenue to the customers, offers, and work that produce a worthwhile return. You may find that what keeps everyone busiest is not what makes the business stronger.

What is holding it back?
More marketing, another hire, or a new offer may be the answer. First, we’ll identify the constraint: demand, pricing, margin, capacity, cash, leadership, or something else. Your plan should address the problem that matters most.

What can your 2027 goals actually support?
We’ll connect revenue targets to margin, profit, cash, investment, and what you need the business to provide for you. The numbers have to hold together.

What still depends too heavily on you?
We’ll identify the decisions and work that keep returning to your desk, then decide what needs a better system, a clearer owner, or a different role from you.

What will get done first?
You’ll choose a few annual priorities and turn them into a Q1 plan with clear ownership, measures, and a way to review progress. The other good ideas can wait.

THE ANNUAL PLANNING FRAMEWORK

One day. Real Work.
A finished plan.

Review the year honestly: results, missed signals, capacity, leadership, and the patterns underneath them.

01

TRUTH

Define what winning in 2027 actually means—for the company, the owner, and the life the business is meant to support.

02

CHOICE

Pressure-test the economic model. If the numbers cannot support the strategy, it is not yet a strategy.

03

MATH

Choose the three to five objectives that matter most. Name what will deliberately wait.

04

PRIORITIES

Translate the year into Q1 ownership, a CEO scorecard, and a review cadence that keeps the plan alive.

05

RHYTHM

Throughout the day, we’ll make room for founder hot seats and reviews of selected plans. You can bring a decision you’ve been circling, a constraint you haven’t solved, or a plan that needs a tougher look.

What you’ll take back to your business.

LEAVE WITH RESULTS

A clear operating plan that connects ambition to math, ownership, and a real execution rhythm.

A finished 2027 annual plan

One page of direction, decisions, measurable targets, and commitments.

01

Financial targets that reconcile

Revenue, margin, profit, cash, and owner outcomes that work together.

02

Three to five annual priorities

The work that earns your time and resources, alongside the opportunities to set aside.

03

A fully built Q1 plan

90-day priorities with clear owners, milestones, and measurables.

04

Your CEO scorecard

Five to ten numbers that reveal performance beyond the P&L.

05

A sharper role for you

What only you should own, what must move, and where the business is still too dependent on you.

06

You’ll also join a two-hour virtual Q1 accountability session in January 2027 to review progress and make adjustments while the year is still young.

For the founder that’s carrying real weight

THE ROOM

This is designed for established women founders and CEOs who want their business to feel and perform better.

This is the room for you if:

  • You have an operating and established business, customers, real consequences, and people on the choices you make.

  • You value profit and purpose, and refuse to pretend one cancels the other.

  • You will bring your numbers, make decisions, and implement the work.

  • You want stronger leadership, cleaner operations, and less founder dependency.

  • You are building a business that creates wealth, agency, and a bigger life.

  • You have a willingness to share you experience, challenges, and perspective to the group.

  • You are motivated to walk into 2027 with clarity.

This is probably not your room if:
You are still validating your business or in early stage development. You may consider 1:1
advisory instead.

I'VE BEEN THERE

Why I’m hosting this

I’m Jennifer Wilder, founder and CEO of Altitude Companies, a portfolio of hospitality businesses, business advisor to founders that are scaling, public speaker, and mountain adventuress with a Sprinter van.

From a $90,000 initial investment to start LANEY & LU, I’ve built a multi-million-dollar paradigm shifting operating company. And, I still work inside the realities of payroll, margins, leadership, capacity, and the opportunities you have to turn own to do the right things well.

Before building my businesses, I spent 20 years in corporate engineering, manufacturing, and business development working with the biggest brands in consumer products, food and beverage, and healthcare. This experience gives me a unique perspective on branding and positioning, design and esthetics, production efficiency and continuous improvement, leadership, and world-class business structures.

Today, I advise women founders in these areas with the intent to scale, improve systems and profitability, and bolster business success into greater wealth and freedom.

I created The Annual Plan because I know what it costs to enter the new year with ambition but without clarity of numbers and strategy. In this one focused day, I’ll teach you the framework we now use to create the annual roadmap that guides me and my team towards the outcomes we desire. The results and peace of mind speak for themselves.
