I’m hosting a private, closed-door gathering on Tuesday, April 21st at The Hawthorne in Portsmouth and am accepting inquiries for invitation.

The Altitude Salon is a one-day CEO council for an intentionally curated group of women who are actively scaling and carrying meaningful responsibility inside their companies. This room is designed for founders operating at a level where growth brings complexity, not just momentum, and where revenue, team demands, and decision weight continue to expand.

The entrepreneurial energy around us is strong. What is far less common are rooms that evolve as quickly as you do. I created this salon for the stage where capability is established and environment becomes the deciding factor.     Scaling Clarity

    You will identify the precise bottleneck restricting your next level of growth. Using your pre-salon CEO diagnostic and live structural mapping, we will pinpoint where your organization, role, or decision structure is outdated for your current revenue and team size. You will leave with one defined structural adjustment to implement within 30 days.

    High-Level CEO Intervention

    This room includes live, moderated intervention on real scaling decisions. Selected women will bring a current challenge forward and receive disciplined inquiry, strategic challenge, and recalibration in real time. You will observe and participate in high-level decision work that sharpens your own judgment immediately.

    Environmental Calibration

    You will measure your current environment against the altitude you are building toward. Inside this curated room of scaling founders, you will assess where your standards have softened, where your expectations are misaligned, and where proximity needs to shift. You will leave with clarity on which rooms to strengthen, exit, or elevate.

    Integrated Expansion

    As revenue grows, you as the founder must evolve. We will address the identity and capacity shifts required to scale responsibly. You will define the leadership posture your next stage demands, clarify what you must stop carrying, and establish one non-negotiable standard that protects your clarity, energy, and long-term sustainability.

Our day together

During our day together we will work through the structural and identity shifts required to scale without eroding yourself in the process. The conversation will be moderated, precise, and candid. Each woman will complete a CEO diagnostic in advance so the time together is calibrated and relevant from the first minute.

The day includes curated lunch and a private dinner experience by LANEY & LU and GINGER FOX, professional photography, luxurious details, space for meaningful connection, and a personal integration call with me following the salon.

This is not an open registration event. Your application is required.
